Pallet Rack Enclosures Secure Inventory
Secure and control access to high-value inventory with pallet rack enclosures, designed to enclose existing racking systems using modular wire mesh panels and doors. These enclosures prevent shrinkage and unauthorized access by fully enclosing the back, ends, and top of the rack, while front access is managed through lockable doors.
Preferred by security professionals, the system uses durable Style 840 wire mesh panels, offering greater strength and faster installation compared to alternative rack enclosure solutions.

Pallet Rack Enclosure Specifications & Details
Panels and doors are constructed from 10 gauge wire in a 2″ x 2″ square mesh, welded into a 13 gauge rolled formed angle frame for strength and durability. End panels attach to the rack ends using flush mount angle clips, while panels separating multiple bays are designed with flat frames for attachment using self-tapping screws. Back panels are also secured with angle clips.
Three stock mounting clip options are available, offering offsets from flush up to 6″ to accommodate overhanging pallet loads without compromising security. Extended offset clips, up to 12″ in length, can be used to secure panels between back-to-back pallet rack rows, forming a shared protective barrier. Panels are sized to match rack beam widths, maximizing security and ensuring a clean, precise fit.
Secure Inventory with Pallet Rack Enclosure Doors
To convert existing pallet racks into secure storage enclosures, front-mounted doors are required. Any rack bay can be enclosed using stock or custom door configurations. Double hinge doors, stocked in 8′-0″ widths and 8′-0″ or 10′-0″ heights, bolt directly to rack uprights using standard hand tools and include a padlock lug for security. Custom doors are available up to 12′-0″ wide and 20′-0″ high. For oversized doors, additional support posts are supplied and mounted to the rack uprights.
Sliding doors, a popular option for pallet rack enclosures, also attach directly to the uprights and range in size from 8′-0″ x 8′-0″ to 12′-0″ x 20′-0″ high. In side-by-side rack configurations, sliding doors operate on a double track, allowing one door to slide in front of another for efficient access. Unlike hinge doors, sliding doors conserve aisle space, making them ideal for facilities with narrow clearances.
