The RapidGuard™ system from Deluxe Systems is an ideal solution for protecting welding machines, stretch wrappers, and other automated equipment that requires both safety and accessibility. Unique among guarding solutions, RapidGuard™ panels lift out from the upright posts, providing unobstructed access for maintenance or service without dismantling the system. This feature ensures critical equipment is easily reachable during downtime, while maintaining full protection during operation.
Unlike electronic safety devices prone to malfunction, RapidGuard™ provides continuous, passive protection. It’s particularly well-suited for machinery requiring 360-degree access. The system also includes a full line of hinged and sliding doors for seamless integration into your facility layout. Security and Safety Come First
Each RapidGuard™ lift-out panel is equipped with a tool-removable bolt installed on the inside of the guarding system. This bolt prevents removal of the panel during machine or robot operation, ensuring secure perimeter protection. Safety switches or interlocks can be integrated into any RapidGuard™ door. When disengaged, the interlock triggers an immediate shutdown of the machine or robot. Once the system is powered down, the bolt can be removed and the panel lifted off from the outside for full access.
RapidGuard™ installs up to 50% faster than conventional guarding solutions and complies with OSHA and ANSI/RIA safety standards for machine perimeter and safety guarding, providing both efficient deployment and reliable protection.
Standard Features & Options Are Available
The RapidGuard™ lift-out machine guarding system is fully compatible with standard features from other WireCrafters systems, allowing seamless integration. Both hinged and sliding doors are available and come self-latching for secure closure. Doors can be equipped with a Fortress AmStop 24V interlock or another interlock of your choice for enhanced safety control. Standard panel heights include 6′ and 8′, with panels finished in black powder coat and posts finished in high-visibility yellow powder coat for clear perimeter identification.
